'We're upping the ante': Bourbon & Beyond announces plans to expand

The music festival will add nearly 50 more acts and two additional stages next year.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One of the largest music festivals in Louisville has announced it will be expanding next year.

Bourbon & Beyond posted on Facebook that the four-day festival will be even bigger in 2024.

Bourbon & Beyond, you've filled our hearts with joy as big as Kentucky itself! From the music to the drinks to the delicious bites, YOU made it feel like an unforgettable dream. With 2024 on the horizon, we're upping the ante. You wanted more, and we're ready to deliver. We're bring you nearly 50 more bands, 2 extra stages, and a culinary and bourbon experience that'll have you yearning for more! We're on the brink of something extraordinary. According to the post, the festival will add nearly 50 more bands and two additional stages.

Bourbon & Beyond will also host more culinary and bourbon-related experiences throughout the jam-packed weekend.

The festival kicks off on Sept. 19 at the Highland Festival Grounds and runs through Sept. 22, 2024.

Last September, more than 120,000 people were believed to have attended Bourbon & Beyond 2023, according to festival officials.
