PHOTOS: Blanket of snow covers Louisville area! How to submit you snow photos

Many people in Kentucky and Indiana woke up to 1 to 2 inches of snow Friday.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Most people in Kentuckiana woke up to blankets of snow Friday morning.

Viewers in southern Indiana and eastern Louisville saw the most snow, with 1-2” snowfall totals in most locations. 

Treated main roads are in decent shape, but many roadways will be snow-covered this morning.

A Winter Weather Advisory will continue to be in effect through this afternoon. 

There is also a Wind Chill Advisory 10 p.m. tonight until 10 a.m. Saturday morning with subzero wind chills.
