NWS Louisville confirms EF-0 tornado touched down in southern Indiana

Preliminary reports show a tornado hit Clark County, Indiana Tuesday night with 85 mph wind speeds.

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. — The National Weather Service (NWS) Louisville confirmed Wednesday morning a tornado touched down in southern Indiana during the storms Tuesday night.

According to NWS Louisville, a preliminary EF-0 tornado hit Clark County, Indiana in Perry Crossings. Officials believe the tornado had 85 mph wind speeds.
