LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man who pleaded guilty to several charges in relation to a deadly crash on the Clark Memorial Bridge in 2021 has been sentenced.

In court on April 22, Rahsaan Mosley admitted to rear-ending a truck with such force that the vehicle he was driving went up under that truck, resulting in the truck hitting a steel support beam. The driver, Teddy Brock, ended up dying on the scene. The passenger, Joya Brock, was taken to UofL Hospital where she died a short time later.

Mosely admitted to speeding on the Clark Memorial Bridge prior to the crash.

Following the crash, he got out of the vehicle and ran back into Louisville from the bridge -- leaving his girlfriend in the car.

As part of the plea deal, Mosley pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter, wanton endangerment and failure to stop and render aid.

He was sentenced to 10 years on the manslaughter charges, five years for wanton endangerment and five years for failure to render aid. The sentences will run concurrently, so Mosley will spend 10 years in prison.
