Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A adds new spring flavor to seasonal drink menu

Chick-fil-A is introducing a new drink flavor: Cherry Berry. The new flavor will be available nationwide on April 8.

ATLANTA — Spring has finally arrived with bold new fruity flavors at the fast food chain known for its famous chicken.

Chick-fil-A is introducing a new drink flavor: Cherry Berry. It will be available nationwide on Monday, April 8.

Officials with the chain describe the flavor as "a vibrant pop of mixed berry flavors, perfectly sweet and refreshing to welcome the warmer weather that comes with spring."

The Atlanta-based chain said the beverage line will include lemonade, Sunjoy, iced tea, and frosted lemonade.

The company said the drink is a mix of cherry, blueberry and cranberry flavors.

"Since introducing seasonal beverages in 2017, our Guests have shown continued enthusiasm for new flavors and variety, especially bright, sweet beverages that sit so well alongside our classic menu items," Allison Duncan, director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, said in a statement.

The chain is also adding a pretzel bun chicken sandwich twist to its seasonal menu, but unfortunately, it is only available for customers at select Raleigh, North Carolina, locations.
