LOUISVILLE, Ky. — (WHAS11)-There's going to be one less, one-way street in downtown Louisville and this is a big one!
Metro Public Works has announced Third Street between Broadway and Muhammad Ali Boulevard will be converted to two-way traffic.
Right now, the one-way road is sandwiched between two-way streets.
The conversion will improve access, reduce speeds, and reduce driver confusion.
Work is expected to take place between October 7 and 11.
