High school students host informational meeting on vaping

The conversation featured doctors and healthcare officials who spoke about the dangers, statistics and how to quit.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Male High School students hosted an informational meeting on vaping. The conversation featured doctors and healthcare officials who spoke about the dangers, statistics and how to quit.

According to organizers, the goal of the meeting was to inform parents who may not know much about vaping.

Lawmakers are currently considering various pieces of legislation to try to combat the youth vaping epidemic including changing the age to buy products and creating a tax.
