LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police is investigating a double shooting that happened in the Wyandotte neighborhood on Friday.
Authorities said they received several 911 calls around 7:13 p.m. about a reported shooting that happened at Wyandotte Park.
When officers arrived at the park, police said they found a man shot near the basketball courts. About 15 minutes later, a second victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound to their shoulder.
Police said both adults are expected to survive. The Non-Fatal Shooting Squad is in charge of the investigation.
