Tang? Musselman? Pitino? Here are the odds on Louisville's next basketball coach

The Cardinals are looking to replace Kenny Payne, who won just 12 games in two seasons.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — 3 p.m. update: New Mexico coach Richard Pitino, son of former UofL coach Rick Pitino, is now the betting favorite, according to sportsbetting.ag.

Orginal story:

It's been nearly two weeks since the University of Louisville fired men's basketball coach Kenny Payne after two uninspiring seasons, and his replacement has yet to be found.

According to reports, UofL made a big push to hire Florida Atlantic's Dusty May last weekend, but he chose to head to Michigan instead. All of this is happening as seven players have entered the transfer portal as of Tuesday, including leading scorer Skyy Clark.
