LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- The reward to find the person or persons responsible for shooting a dog with an arrow has increased.
The reward now stands at more than $6,100.
There is a fundraiser on Wednesday, July 11, at Penn Station in Okolona from 5-9 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will go towards increasing the reward.
The Jack Russell Terrier was found with an arrow through its body in Fairdale in June. He died on the way to the animal hospital.
If you have any information about the dog's owner or who the suspect is, call the anonymous tip line at 574-LMPD.
