Missing North Carolina man who's car was found abandoned at Shawnee Park found safe

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Update: Phillip Price has been found safe.

Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) is canceling the Operation Return Home for a man from out-of-state who had been missing for nearly a month. 

Phillip Prince, 30, was missing from Raleigh, North Carolina. LMPD said his vehicle was found wrecked and abandoned at the entrance to Shawnee Park at 1 a.m. on April 17. 

Prince's family fears for his wellbeing as he's not been in communication with them. Authorities said he may be suffering from health issues or may be lost/disoriented.
