This Kroger location is hosting a grand reopening; first 100 people in line get $25 gift card

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Kroger located in the PRP neighborhood will be hosting a grand reopening on Friday morning — and the first 100 people in line will receive a $25 gift card. 

To celebrate the store’s grand reopening, Kroger will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at 7:45 a.m. 

A spokesperson for Kroger said shoppers will be able to see the over $2.6 million investments aimed to provide a "unique, all-inclusive shopping experience."

The investment includes an improved store experience with a focus on fresh that can be seen with an expanded dairy, meats/seafoods, produce ,and floral upgrades. 

Customers will also experience an expanded PickUp and new Wine & Spirits Shoppe.

“We are thrilled to reinvest in the customer experience with the expansion on several favorites and the addition of new options,” Melissa Yingling, Pleasure Ridge Park store manager, said. “We look forward to celebrating with our shoppers during the Grand Reopening Events and celebrating 45 years in the community.”

The grocery store is located at 7509 Terry Road.
