WASHINGTON CO., Ind. (WHAS11) — The Washington County Sheriff's Office has declared a Silver Alert as they search for an 88-year-old man.
Joseph L. Brown was last seen Thursday, December 6, in Martinsburg, Indiana. He is six-foot-tall, 190 pounds, white hair with blue eyes, carries a cane and drives a red 2015 Buick Encore with Indiana handicap plate D185XR.
