INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing flags across the state to be flown at half-staff Friday, Sept. 11 in remembrance of the victims of the terror attacks 19 years ago.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
Nearly 3,000 people were killed when terrorist-piloted planes slammed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.
