BARREN CO., Ky. (WHAS11) – The Barren County Grand Jury handed down an indictment on Anthony Barbour.
The indictment was in connection to the death of 2-year-old Laynee Wallace.
Barbour's indictment was served at 5:20 p.m. on Friday
The Barren County Detention Center charging Barbour with murder, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.
Barbour was arrested on May 25.
