Louisville Fire searching for person-of-interest in Boost Mobile Store fire

Arson investigators believe the man may have information pertinent to the fire investigation.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Arson investigators in Louisville are seeking the public's help in identifying a man seen walking near the Boost Mobile Store that was set on fire over the weekend.

On Sunday at about 1:30 p.m., Louisville Fire was dispatched to 5107 Preston Highway on a report of a structure fire at the Boost Mobile Store, according to a Louisville Fire news release.

Firefighters on scene discovered a working fire inside the building. The Louisville Metro Arson Bureau determined the fire was intentionally set.

Authorities are asking for help in identifying the man depicted in the images above. Investigators believe he has information pertinent to the investigation of the Boost Mobile Store fire.

He was last seen wearing a hat and an orange backpack.
