Man charged in January shooting at Dosker Manor, bond stays at $125K

Metro Police said they have taken a 51-year-old man into custody two weeks after a man was killed following a shooting at the housing facility near downtown.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Two weeks after a man was shot and killed in Dosker Manor, police have made an arrest.

Metro Police said 51-year-old Enus Stovall has been arrested in connection to the murder of 32-year-old Daniel West.

On Jan. 13, West was found shot inside an apartment at the housing facility but later died at a hospital from his injuries.

Metro Police said their Homicide and Violent Crime Units located Stovall in the 1600 block of South Floyd Street on Tuesday. He was taken into custody and charged with murder.

In court on Feb. 8, Stovall's attorney made a plea to have his bond reduced. However, the judge denied that request.

Stovall is being held on a $125,000 bond.
