LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – Family members of Highlands murder victim Jason Spencer, packed the courtroom as teenage suspects Travon Curry and Thaddius Thomas Jr. asked to be released on home incarceration.
The prosecutor detailed their juvenile files and told the court Curry told police he would kill again if released.
No decision from Judge Olu Stevens.
The pair is due back in court in late March.
