SCOTT CO., Ind. (WHAS11) -- A female juvenile was arrested Tuesday afternoon after threats were made at Austin High School on Feb. 19 and on social media.
An Indiana State Police detective responded to the school on Feb. 19 after a student made an alleged threat to hurt others. It was during the detective’s investigation the juvenile started posting more alleged threats on a social media, according to ISP.
The female was arrested and transported to the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center in Jeffersonville on Wednesday morning. She was charged with juvenile delinquency/intimidation, (Three Counts).
Because the arrested is a juvenile, no names, addresses or photos will be released. Scott County Sheriff's Deputies assisted in the apprehension of the female juvenile.
