LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – An employee at Carbide Industries was fatally injured on Thursday morning, Feb. 15.
Carbide Industries said the accident happened at their Bells Lane facility in Louisville. MetroSafe says the incident was reported at 4:27 a.m.
Heather Davis, the director of Human Resources at Carbide Industries, said the company takes safety seriously. The company is working with government authorities to determine the cause of the incident.
The name of the worker has not been released.
