LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Two officers and another person are recovering after a crash on in the Algonquin neighborhood.
The crash happened just before 7 tonight near Algonquin Parkway and Cypress Street.
Police tell WHAS that two officers were on patrol when they were in an accident with another driver in a pickup truck.
All three people were taken to the hospital but are expected to be ok.
Sergeant John Bradley with LMPD says they are fortunate that the crash wasn't worse.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
