JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) – A 69-year-old man was battered and stabbed in Jeffersonville, Ind. on Thursday morning.
The stabbing happened in the 1010 block of French Street.
The man had been involved in an altercation with a family member, 34-year-old Jason Davis.
Davis was questions and arrested. He is charged with domestic battery, aggravated battery, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, all are felony charges.
The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries.
