Vigil for a just budget
6.986 people live on Louisville streets. That's about 300 more than the last homeless census count by the Coalition for the Homeless in 2017. With homeless camps closing, people living on the streets became more visible. It's why one group is working to protect Louisville's most vulnerable, holding a vigil for a just budget.
