Hats for a fraction of the price at Big Brims & Fancy Trims event
Big Brims and Fancy Trims is Thursday, April 4, 2019 at the Kentucky Derby Museum. The hat sample sale starts at 5:30 PM, but they'll have popup shops and complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 4:30 PM.
