This week around 16,500 students, teachers and business partners from around the country are expected to participate in Skills USA’s 54th Annual National Leadership and Skills Conference being held at the Kentucky Exposition Center. More than 6,000 career and technical education students will compete hands-on in 100 different trade, technical and leadership fields. Today we’re joined by Grace Kirrane and Josephine Wolfe from Skills USA, along with Cameron Ferguson from Caterpillar with details on the national skills and trade conference. Skills USA's National Leadership & Skills Conference is being held from Wednesday June 25, 2018 to Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Kentucky Exposition Center’s Freedom Hall. The conference championships are open to the public on Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
