Today will be a day of mostly cloudy skies and rain showers. Moderate rain will be possible during the afternoon then the rain showers will persist into the evening hours. Strong thunderstorms will be possible, and the rain could become heavy.
Our day will also be breezy, due to winds gusting well over 30 miles per hour. A possible threat for our Sunday will be damaging winds and strong isolated thunderstorms with lightning. Highs for the day will be in the 80s and rainfall totals will be up to an inch, but expect higher totals within the thunderstorms. Nightly lows for Sunday will be in the 60s and we will be under mostly cloudy skies and thunderstorms will also be possible.
Monday will be a better day than Sunday, especially for those wanting to see the sun. Kentuckiana will see partly sunny skies and highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s. Monday night will be mostly clear and nightly lows will be in the 60s.
On Tuesday, highs will top out in the mid to upper 70s and the low 80s. Nightly lows will be in the 60s and we will be under partly cloudy skies

SUNDAY NIGHT: Scattered rain, thunderstorms, and breezy. Low: 63. Wind: SW 10-20 mph gusting over 25 - 30 mph.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny and less humid. High: 78. Wind: W 5-10 mph.
