Crews opening up some lanes of I-65N after injury crash

The right lane of the interstate near mile-marker 24 will remain closed, according to Indiana State Police.

HENRYVILLE, Ind. — All lanes of I-65N near Henryville, Ind. were shut down following a crash early Wednesday morning, according to Indiana State Police.

The crash was reported sometime before 2:40 a.m. near the 19 mile-marker. Indiana State Police Sgt. Carey Huls with the Sellersburg post said the crash involved a car and a semi and was reported as an injury crash.

In an update around 6:30 a.m., Sgt. Huls said crews were reopening the interstate at the 19 mile-marker, but the right lane would remain closed near the crash site a few miles north.

Delays may still be possible as lanes open back up.

Another crash with property damage was reported in the same area. That crash has since cleared.
