LOUISVILLE, Ky. — According to an LMPD Public Information Officer, after 12 p.m. Friday a pick-up truck traveling southbound on Taylorsville Rd. at Peewee Reese Rd. was responsible for two accidents.
The driver of the pickup truck was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The coroner's office later identified the man as 55-year-old Timothy Ebertshauser.
No other injuries were sustained.
The area was shut down for several hours as the LMPD Traffic Unit investigating the crashes.
