LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – The 144th Kentucky Derby winner, Justify, was back on the track at Churchill Downs on May 14.
He will be at the track at Pimlico this weekend for the Preakness Stakes.
Justify, who is undefeated, heads into Saturday’s race with 1 to 2 odds as the early favorite. Out of the eight previously undefeated Derby winners, only one went on to win the Triple Crown.
The field for the Preakness is also taking shape. Derby runner-up Good Magic confirmed he will be racing. One horse who will not be running is Bolt D'Oro.
