LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – On May 15 the local non-profit organization Uspiritus received a one-million-dollar donation from the owner of Sun Tan City and Planet Fitness.
That money will be used to support at-risk youth and families across Kentucky, as well as helping Kentuckiana children transitioning from foster care.
In late 2017, Centerstone and Uspiritus signed a letter of intent to merge. That move combined one of the largest behavioral health organizations in the state with a residential service provider for young people.
