LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)--A local non-profit that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities has announced they're closing their pick-up service.
Cedar Lake says it will be ending the service picking up clothes, furniture, and other items on July 27.
The closing comes after their buying partner, Savers, announced it was leaving the Kentucky market.
Savers also owned the Unique Thrift Store on Preston Highway.
The organization will be scheduling pick-ups through the third week of July, but only through its website.
Cedar Lake says they're hoping to bring back the service in the future.
