LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A female worker is accusing the president of Metro Corrections Fraternal Order of Police of retaliating against her when she refused to have sex with him.

Metro Corrections FOP President Tracy Dotson is accused in the suit. He says the allegations are false.

In the lawsuit, Dotson’s accuser claims she hurt her hand while working and asked to be switched to lighter duty work, but that request was denied. The lawsuit also states that the woman spoke with Dotson and that he told her he would help her if she had sex with him and sent him explicit pictures.

She claims she sent the photos and got the job change she asked for. However, once she started refusing his advances, the shift was taken away.

The lawsuit is requesting unspecified damages and a jury trial.
