LouLift: Tarc’s Zerobus gets revamped

The LouLift has extended the service's fourth street route to Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville, and the Speed Museum.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville's Zerobus is getting a new look, a new route and even a new name this summer.

The nine electric, free buses will now be called LouLift and will get a new black, white and silver re-design. The changes were created through TARC's partnership with the Louisville Convention and Visitors’ Bureau.

In addition to the facelift, the busses will now visit more tourist-heavy spots downtown.

The LouLift has extended the service's fourth street route to Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville, and the Speed Museum.

These changes should be in effect by July 1.
