LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – An adult superstore in Clarksville, Indiana is fighting back after the Town Council took away its business license.
The Clarksville town manager confirms Theatair X has filed an appeal in the case.
The business has been subject to scrutiny for years but the council says recent arrests for public nudity and indecency violated a zoning ordinance.
