LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A teacher from JCPS in federal custody after allegedly seeking sex with a minor.
Brandon Dietz, 37, was a teacher at Fredrick Law Olmstead Academy North.
He was arrested in November when he traveled to a location in Louisville to have sex with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl. He had been communicating on social media with an undercover investigator.
Dietz was originally placed on home incarceration, but he is not in jail, pending his trial.
