LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- New details are coming out about the murder of 14-year-old Trey Zwicker.
Court records just released Friday morning outline what may be the motive behind the killing.
According to the records, Josh Gouker planned the killing as revenge.
Thursday, Gouker, Trey's stepfather, was indicted on murder and other charges in connection with the teen's death. Gouker's 16-year-old son, Joshua Young, was also indicted for murder.
