Applebee’s employee diagnosed with hepatitis A, customers may have been exposed

If you ate at the Applebee's located at 4717 Dixie Highway between March 23 and April 12, you may have been exposed to the virus.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – An employee at the Applebee's on Dixie Highway has been diagnosed with Hepatitis A.

If you ate at the Applebee's located at 4717 Dixie Highway between March 23 and April 12, you may have been exposed to the virus.

If you were exposed, people usually show symptoms like fatigue, stomach pain and yellowing of the skin and eyes 15 to 50 days after being exposed. If you are experiencing symptoms like this you should go see your doctor.

Since November, there have been 226 cases of hepatitis A in Louisville.
