KENTUCKY (WHAS11) – The National Weather Service in Paducah said their damage survey team found preliminary EF-1 tornado damage at Moors Marina, along Kentucky Lake in Marshall County on June 24.
A video posted by the Moors Resort & Marina on YouTube shows the tornado hitting the lake as people got off a boat on June 23.
A dock, behind the boat, can be seen being blown apart.
The marina owners said about 30 to 40 boats were damaged but no one was hurt.
The marina and the amenities are still open.
