HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. — (WHAS11) – Authorities have identified the remains of a person found in a home, six years after it was abandoned.
Kentucky State Police say the body was 50-year-old Tim Middleton who has been missing since December.
Trooper say Middleton’s body was found on July 12 when the homeowner was cleaning the property and noticed the basement door was disturbed and found the body.
The State Medical Examiner confirmed it was Middleton using dental records.
