Non-fall sports conditioning suspended after two JCPS student athletes test positive for coronavirus

District officials said the students were from Manual High School but did not specify the sport.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Jefferson County Public Schools has halted conditioning for non-fall sports after two student athletes have tested positive for coronavirus.

District officials said the students attend Manual High School but did not specify the sport in which they were practicing. 

Conditioning for non-fall sports, including basketball, has been suspended until further notice.

JCPS said all fall sports conditioning is currently taking place.
