LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Update: Police arrested Christy Turner in connection with a Saturday shooting in the 1100 block of S 17th St.
According to an arrest citation, Turner was involved in an argument with the victim before pulling a gun and shooting multiple times.
Turner is charged with one count of murder.

A man is dead following an early morning shooting in the California neighborhood.
Authorities say the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of South 17th Street, not too far from Wheatley Elementary School.
Officers located a man with a gunshot wound who later died at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
Police do not have any suspects at this time but say the investigation is ongoing.
