LOUISVILLE, Ky. — LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police are looking for answers after multiple people were shot in Smoketown.

Fourth Division officers responded to East Kentucky and South Shelby Streets around 4 p.m. Monday.

Police said three victims entered UofL Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police believe those victims are from that shooting location.

“I heard gun shots that I originally thought were fireworks going off, because they are going off all week. Then I came outside to see there was an abandon car in the middle of the street, and all I saw was that blue car there just drifting from that point all the way there just abandoned. The door open coasting down the street," Zachary Stober, a nearby witness told WHAS11 News.

Police do not have any suspects in the incident.

If you have any information, you are asked to call the Anonymous Tip Line at 574-LMPD.
