Police have made an arrest almost four months after a 19-year-old was found dead in a park around 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 7.

The shooting victim was identified as Damani Dulaney, a Shively resident. The Louisville Metro Police Department arrested 19-year-old Rayshawn Tucker on May 2.

LMPD's Homicide Unit found physical evidence linking Tucker to the scene of the homicide. Eyewitnesses also told police they saw Tucker took part in the murder of Dulaney, the LMPD police report said. 

Police found Dulaney dead in the passenger seat of a car that had partially crashed through a fence at Riverside Gardens Park around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 7.

Dulaney had multiple gunshot wounds, and police believe the death was a homicide.

Tucker is charged with murder.
