LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A man has died after a motorcycle crash on Hurstbourne at Bunsen, which is just off of I-64 in the Hurstbourne Acres area.
LMPD said they responded to the crash at about 8 a.m. LMPD said their preliminary investigation of the crash shows a motorcyclist was driving eastbound on Bunsen Parkway and collided with a black Kia Optima. The Kia was trying to make a left turn from westbound Bunsen Parkway into a parking lot.
The motorcyclist received fatal injuries and died.
No charges are expected.
The LMPD Traffic Unit is investigating.
