LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- In Elizabethtown, Ky., Hardin Memorial Hospital may soon have a new owner.
The hospital and Baptist Health have entered a $361 million agreement for Baptist Health to purchase the facility from Hardin County.
Baptist Health has managed the facility and system for 20 years.
If the agreement receives approval, the hospital system would then be known as Baptist Health Hardin.
