The Northeast Family YMCA 48th Annual Turkey Trot is happening on Nov. 22, Thanksgiving morning.
It starts and ends at 9400 Mill Brook Road, Louisville, Ky. To register for the run click here or you can register in-house at the following times:
Wednesday, November 21 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 22 (Day of Race) starting at 7:00 a.m.
The 10K and 5K race entry fee after NOVEMBER 9 is $45 and the kids' race is $20. ( Additional +$3 sign-up fee for each registrant.)
PACKET PICK UP:
Wednesday, November 21 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 22 (Day of Race) starting at 7:00 a.m.
RACE START TIMES:
Long Run (10K): Begins promptly at 8:00 a.m.
Short Run (5K): Begins promptly at 8:15 a.m.
Kids’ Turkey Trot (for ages 10 and under): Begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.
ROAD CLOSURES:
There will be a new route for the race this year, so we want to make sure neighbors are aware in advance of road closings. These streets will be closed from approximately 7:30—9:30 a.m.
The roads re-open as quickly as possible after the event.

Whittington Parkway, Mill Stream Place, Lakeview Road, Perry Road, Spruce Tree Ct, Spruce Tree Place, Holly Springs Court, Juniper Springs Court, Juniper Springs Place, Mill Race Road, Mark Trail Road, Gallant Fox Road, Whirlway Drive.
