You're not alone: Landmark Recovery breaks the cycle of addiction

Landmark Recovery of Louisville helps people face not only addiction, but the underlying issues that lead to addiction as well.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) — This year has been another record-breaking year with more drug-related overdoses than ever recorded. The DEA estimates 200 people die from overdoses every day, but in Kentuckiana people do not have to face addiction alone.

Landmark Recovery of Louisville will be opening a new facility with 60 beds for men and women with addiction problems as well as dual diagnosis psychiatric issues.

Patients can be admitted by calling 888-448-0302, or going online at www.landmarkrecovery.com. Admission counselors are available 24 hours a day, and no referrals by professionals are needed.

Landmark Recovery is a network and a trauma-based program, meaning the center deals with underlying issues that can lead to drug and alcohol addiction while also tackling the addiction.

Landmark Recovery hopes to open its doors between December and January 2019.
