LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer recently announced the city is facing a $65 million budget shortfall caused by rising pension costs. He is proposing an increase to the insurance premium tax rate to combat the issue. If the tax hike isn't approved by Metro Council, Mayor Fischer recently painted a grim picture of city services that will need to be cut, which includes everything from police to parks. Mayor Fischer stopped by Great Day Live to talk more about it.
