We all have the dream of winning big on a lucky lottery ticket, but for students here in Kentucky, there’s a lot more winning than you may have realized. Kentucky Lottery CEO Tom Delacenserie is here to remind us that one out of every five college students in Kentucky has received a college scholarship or grant paid for by proceeds from the Kentucky Lottery, totaling $462 million in Jefferson County alone since 1999.
