Dan Churchill competed on Australia's food competition called MasterChef, wrote a cookbook called Dude Food, opened a restaurant in New York and is now representing brands from Under Armor to Hilton Garden Inn. He is visiting Louisville for the first time while working with Hilton Garden Inn menus. Each menu will be tailored to have a local flair. Louisville's will have a bourbon theme.
